9NEWS spoke with Amber Johnson, editor of The Denver Post's Mile High Mamas She suggested the following:

• The Reading Mom - "My husband told me to buy a few books I wanted to read," shared Melissa Jackson. "He bought me a few goodies to snack on. He then made meals and took care of the kids while I curled up to my books all day long."
