BANANA CAKE RECIPE
I am so happy to share with you our family very yummy :
BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE
First: 1 cup of milk + 2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon = set aside for an hour
1 teasppon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
The mix of milk and lemon
3 mashed banana (about 1 cup)
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
*add chocolate chips
mix all for about 3 min and bake in a 350* oven for about 30-35 min.
